Amazing post and those pics of your feathered friend - wow! To see his eyes so close is incredible. Can I perch beside you on that house?
Hello dear friend, what a beautiful post and photos! It would be so wonderful to live in the moment, watching, wondering and wandering by the seaside! Soaring over the ocean and taking it all in! That little house would be a perfect place to dream as well! :) That sounds like heaven to me.
HI Julia
Another gorgeous post... that hawk is something special.. and that house!!! oh that house is near perfect!!!
I've had some feathered friends in my backyard lately... nothing as spectacular as Mr Hawk.. but it is fun to notice when they notice you.. and.. don't fly away...
Have a lovely week Julia.. dreaming.. and scheming.. xxx Julie
Beautiful birds are those hawks. I saw several on my recent travels and I am amazed by their solitary presence.
Beautiful, Julia...the photos, the words, the hawk!
Just a week ago, I had one in my yard. I believe he was from the nest in the woods behind my home...quite young. He stayed there for awhile, eyeing me and "wondering" if he should fly off or stay to watch his prey. So cool! How I wish my camera had been handy!

Wow! what a wonderful poet you are! and so beautifully illustrated with the hawk. Bravo!
Gorgeous creature!!!
Wow, talk about having your camera ready at all times! (while eating toast and avocado!!) Fitting words of two 'creaturas' communicating.

Now honestly, I would like to be the one sitting at the aqua house
Eating toast
While you flit from post to post.
But will you stop and cast an eye my way
So I may take gorgeous photos each and every day?
I absolutely adore how your mind works! You say things just...so uniquely and beautifully.

Wishing you a wonderful day!

...and I am in the hills of tuscany..flitting from town to town with the agility of the southern hawk! If only I could see with the eyes of a hawk...instead of these 50 yr. ol' brown eyes!
Julia - these photos are absolutely stunning! Hawks are truly a beautiful bird - you have captured this little guy in such a beautiful form - these photos need to be framed! Such a lovely post - love the colors of the house and the photos - love it all - wish I was there!
